Retouch like Sagaj 2.0

This isn't a short tutorial. It's 4 hours of footage divided into 4 specific videos that take you from raw file to final polish.

⚠️ Important: Who is this course for?

A sincere note from the outset: This isn't a course for complete beginners, especially the section on Photoshop. I won't explain what layers and masks are, how actions work, or where to find brushes in the Photoshop interface. I assume you know the basics and are comfortable navigating the Adobe environment. This course teaches a specific workflow and style, not how to use the program.

When it comes to AI tools , you can be a complete novice here.

What exactly will you find inside? (Course Plan)

I divided the whole thing into four independent video files (each lasting about an hour):

VIDEO 1: Foundation (Lightroom & RAW)

A good photo is created before you even open Photoshop. This is the common foundation for every retouching method.

• I show my process of preparing a RAW file – what I do to make the photo perfect for further processing (either manual or AI).

• Preset Guide: I go into detail about how I work with my presets in LR, how I modify and adjust them to achieve that distinctive vibe.

FILM 2: Old School (Manual Retouching in PS)

We enter the ring. I'm working on a headshot.

• 100% manual work, no AI. Frequency Separation, Dodge & Burn, working with color.

• For purists and perfectionists. You'll see how I build an effect with complete control over every pixel.

FILM 3: Pure AI (Speed and Commerce)

I take the same photo (Headshot), but we change the rules of the game.

• I'm putting Photoshop aside. I'm only using advanced AI tools (which ones? You'll find out in the video).

• This is an ideal method for large commercial projects where time is of the essence. We compare the results with the manual version – I point out the pros and cons, showing where the machine wins and where it still falls short.

FILM 4: Hybrid in Practice (The Golden Mean)

We change the photo to a more difficult one – a 3/4 shot, a scantily clad silhouette.

• This is my favorite workflow that I use most often.

• We combine the speed and clarity of AI with the artistic finishing of Photoshop. You'll see how to instantly transform skin across the entire body, while maintaining natural texture and a professional, high-end look.
